Our Forgings be widely used in heavy equipments, oilfield exploration, ship building, minging, steel mill repair, power generation. Main shafts, tower flange, bearing and gear.
We Company has advanced production equipments, fully auxiliary equipments, there are all kinds of hydraulic press machines, ring rolling machines, forging operater, lifting vehicles, and natural gas furnace, chamber furnace, sawing machines, heavy sleeper lathe, heavy vertical lathe, CNC machines, etc. All more than 100 sets, meanwhile our company has 2 sets deep hole boring machines, be able to complete from raw material of ingot to forging, heattreatment, machinging, from the beginning of processing to finished forgings we can provide one-stop service delivery.
We company has serious quality control system, it has physical and chemical properties testing laboratories, spectrum labs be imported from Germany, metallurgical laboratory, and nondestructive testing laboratory, equipped with 300KN electronic universal testing machine, 600KN hydraulic universal testing machine, impact testing machine, carbon and sulfur analyzer, oxygen nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer from Germany, direct reading spectrometer, we can do ultrasonic, magnetic particle and infiltration testing, etc non-destructive testing project.
Our company has passed ABS, CCS, BV, LR, DNV, GL, KR, NK, RINA certified with nine classification societies confirmed qualify certificate., through the PED pressure equipment production license of TUV and "special equipment manufacturing license".
