Our Laminate Flooring is generally composed of four layers. The first layer is Wr-T wear-resistant overlay, being made by Mead (USA), which is laminated to the basic board under conditions of high temperature and pressure. The resulting overlay is moisture-resistant, fire-proof and superbly wear-resistant. The second layer is the Decorative wood grain Films with a range of patterns to choose from. The decorative films also block UV-Radiation and strengthen surface rigidly and impact-resistance. The third layer is our original green, moisture resistant HDF basic board. Green symbolizes moisture-resistance as an international standard. The last layer is the heavy-duty, resin-treated underlay-balance layer. Special paper soaked with melamine stabilizes the flooring shape and dimensions and effectively prevents water absorption from the ground.
