Established in 1998, Shanghai Weihong Model Plastic Manufacture Co., Ltd. Grew out of Zhejiang Ningbo Jiuling Mould Co., which was founded in 1991. We specialize in the manufacturing of large and medium sized precision plastic moulds with registered capital of USD4, 315, 660. We provide a suit of services, such as mould design, manufacture, plastic injection, painting and assembling. The ground area of company is 14, 000 square meters construction area is 11, 537meters, thereinto the area of workshop is about 9, 500meters

We have strong technique force of design and fabricate. We now have more than 500 employees, among whom 50 are engineers and technicians, 30 are mould engineers, more than 100 are advanced skilled mould workers and about 200 are skilled mould fabrication workers.

We have many sets of foreign advanced Mikron and Makino high speed CNC, Agie and Charmilles EDM forming machines, Taiwan Longmen vertical and horizontal CNC, 16 sets of plastic injection machines ranging from 50 tonnages to 1, 000 tonnages, 2 painting line(100, 000 grades, no dust, static), 7 painting houses, 2 dry lines and 1 printing line.
