The full-automatic GRE pipe production line are consisted from pipe winding system, pipe curing system and pipe demoulding system. In detail they are divided into the spindle box, glass roving distribution system, demoulding system, steam net work, resin collection system, filament winding control system and curing control system. Full-automatic winding machine is used for pipe winding, curing and demoulding. The winding system includes six mandrel, which are devided into two winding unit with a same winding carriage. The winding carriage is driven by a servo motor, which is able to wind three pipe at a time.
