Yichang Chulong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chulong Company") was established in April 2014 with a registered capital of RMB 5.35 million. The company is located in Group 5, Jinjiaba Village, Huangliang Town, Xingshan County, with convenient transportation (17.5km away from Xingshan Station of Zhengwan High-speed railway, 43km away from the entrance of Shanghai-Chengdu expressway and the Yangtze River inland river wharf) and good ecological environment. It is a leading enterprise integrating green planting, ecological breeding, harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure, comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste resources, manufacturing and research of biological organic fertilizer, and product sales. As of December 2019, the total assets amounted to 57 million yuan.

Chunong company has a sound organizational structure and implements the five-department responsibility system under the leadership of the general manager. There are 32 employees, including 8 senior technicians, 6 senior managers and 18 other employees. Every year, the company provides regular assistance to 10 accurate poor families, arranges 5 disabled persons to work in the company, and provides 78 seasonal and temporary labor positions for local farmers.

II. Production capacity

ChuNong company covers an area of 50 mu, building area of 14500 square meters, with modern biological organic fertilizer production line 2 (granular and powder production line each one), a harmless treatment of animal manure production lines, a comprehensive utilization of agricultural wastes production lines, laying hens breeding three fully automatic production lines, production line of a biogas energy production and supply.

Through six years of arduous pioneering, ChuNong company now has 3 professional breeding base, the registered trademark " sheng" brand category 1, farming has reached 1 million laying hens, 15000 tons of eggs to sell, 1000 mu of medicinal herbs cultivation, 35000 tonnes of livestock waste disposal and comprehensive utilization of agricultural wastes, production capacity of 50000 tons of organic fertilizer manufacturing. 3. Social recognition

Chulong company started from the consumption of roses, the cultivation and processing of medicinal Houttuynia cordata, and then invested in the breeding of laying hens. Finally, it focused on the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste resources, namely the manufacturing and research of bio-organic fertilizer converted from the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure. The modern agricultural recycling and scientific and technological innovation mode of "planting + raising + adding + research" has been gradually formed.
