Located at the Hengshui City, Hebei Province which intersection of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the Shide Railway, BAOLI company's registered address is No. 13, Rubber&Plastic Road, North Industrial Base, Development Zone, Hengshui City and covers an area of 400, 000 square meters. There are more than 2, 600 employees in the company, including 306 engineers and technicians. In 1998, the company obtained ISO9000 quality system certification, and persisted in continuous improvement and operation for many years of operation. The company's engineering and technical personnel cover many disciplines and professions such as machinery, chemical engineering, macromolecules, electronics and automation. Directly LED by the chief engineer, the R&D headquarters is located in the General Engineering Office, which include new product development department, mechanical technology department, rubber technology department, physical and chemical properties testing department, and mechanical performance testing department, which mainly responsible for new product development, design, trial production, promotion and other work.
