Injection machine: 30 sets from 50T to 420T (Demag. Engle, Arburg)
Business segment: Automotive 75%. 80% molds are exported to European and North America.
Main customers: Bosch, Valeo, Kostal, Phoenix, Swoboda, Marquardt and etc.
Measurement devices: CMM 3 set (Zeiss& Hexagon) and 4 sets of projector.
Key technologies: Mucell, Vacuum jet, 3D Conformal Cooling, 2K&3K, metal to plastic, insert molding and etc.
Working time: 2 shifts per day and 6 days per week
