Scope of Business

1. Undertaking all kinds of overseas and domestic foreign capital engineering, including that of industrial and civil buildings, agriculture, hydroelectric station, harbour, highway, bridge, municipal construction, and the process of their technical consultancy, surveying, designning, construction and trial run.

2. Dispatching labour force for engineering, production, technology, management and service trades. Offering job training and dispatch service in cooperation with the foreign organizations and enterprises concerned.

3. Handling foreign and home trade, processing and assembling trade as well as compensation trade.

4. Importing and exporting advanced technology and equipment. Offering economic and technical cooperation information, and consultancy and agent service for enterprise and institutions both at home and abroad.

5. Training overseas labourers (trainees). Training various labourers (Trainees) according to the demand of foreign employers. Those who pass the examination will be granted, the training certificates confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation P. R. C.

6. Introducing foreign investment, conducting various enterprises of independent, cooperative or joint ventures at home and running all kinds of enterprises abroad.
