China Railway Shanhaiguan Bridge Group Co., Ltd (CRSBG) was founded in 1894, is the earliest established, biggest and most outstanding manufacturing enterprise in China in the field of bridge steel structure and railway turnouts. The headquarter is located in Shanhaiguan district, Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province. CRSBG has 6 manufacturing facilities which are CRSBG's New Facility at Shanhaiguan, Rugao Facility in Jiangsu province, Zhongshan Facility in Guangdong province, Macheng facility in Wuhan, Baotou facility in Inner Mongolia with total area of 2, 666, 666 Square meters. The number of employees is nearly 4000. CRSBG is honored as the cradle of steel bridge in China, and the hometown of railway turnouts in China. CRSBG has fabricated more than 3200 steel bridges so far. Many famous projects, such as Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, Hong Kong Stonecutters Bridge, Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing province, Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge in Nanjing, Beipan River Bridge and the world-renowned super engineering-Hongkong-ZhuhaiMacau Bridge are all made by CRSBG. From the first set of common railway turnouts of China to the first heavy haul railways turnouts; From the sixth speed-raising of China Railway to 350 kilometers per hour high speed turnouts of No. 18, 42 and 62 all developed by CRSBG. CRSBG has created innumerable No. 1 in China and the world. CRSBG is listed as one of the enterprise technology center recognized by the state, China Railway Equipment Research and Development Base. CRSBG also has first level qualification of steel structure professional contractor, special grade for steel structure manufacturing enterprises.
