1. Company Profile
Jinan Coolant Technology Company Limited was built in the beginning of 2009. Company founder Dr. Liu Zhenchang formerly was a professor and PhD supervisor of Shandong University. Dr. Liu has been engaged in following research areas for more than 30 years: Cutting & grinding fluids technology, basic theory and new technology of cutting & grinding, technology of green manufacturing and clean production. He had held many nationwide academic positions and had been invited to engage in cooperative research in above area in Japan and in the United States. He published 6 books and more than 100 research papers, which including treatises < Cutting Fluid Technology>and< Metal Cutting Fluid_Selection, Preparation and Maintenance>, translation < Cutting Fluid and Grinding Fluid>, and 70 more related papers. Now he has developed 4 series of 15 kinds of metalworking fluid products, 3 series of 9 kinds of concentrated metalworking fluids, and brought them into market.

2. Goals and Operating Philosophy
To apply our knowledge and skills into publicizing the concept of green manufacturing, to research and promote clean production technology, environment protection and energy-saving technology, environment-friendly metalworking fluids and its related equipment and technology. In doing so, we hope to contribute to our country's efforts toward clean production and environmental protection.

3. Main Business Range
(1) R & D, production and sales of metalworking fluids and related equipment and technology, mainly to promote environment-friendly metalworking fluids and its concentrates.

(2)To help enterprises to chose and/or R&D environment-friendly metalworking fluids according to the actual processing conditions. To provide full tracking technical services to help enterprises use and manage metalworking fluids effectively, while maintaining normal working condition, extending product life, and reducing waste emissions.

(3)To provide technical advice, technical training and overall optimization services of cutting process parameters (including tools, cutting fluids, cutting data, etc. ).

4. Product Series
(1) KR series emulsion metalworking fluids (five types in all: Extreme-pressure, anti-bacterial, synthetic, aluminum alloy specific, and anti-miscellaneous-oil)

(2) KW Series micro-emulsion metalworking fluids (3 types in all: Extreme-pressure, synthetic, aluminum alloy specific)

(3) KH series of synthetic metalworking fluids (3 types in all: Anti-rust, extreme-pressure, grinding cast iron specific)

(4) KY series oil base metalworking fluids (4 types in all: Anti-friction, non-active extreme pressure, active extreme pressure, micro-quantity lubricant)

(5) KF series of concentrated metalworking fluids (3 types concentrated emulsion oil, 3 kinds of concentrated synthetic metalworking fluids, 4 kinds of concentrated metalworking oil)

(6) Other metal processing agents (KFX series of metal corrosion inhibitor, KSY series of pressure test liquid for pressure vessel, KQX series metal cleaning agent).
