The Consortium Versoest is a consortium multi sectional, founded with the precise objective of to support the industrial and commercial collaboration with the Asian countries and particularly with P.R. China.

The consortium was born 02/04/2003 under the aegis of the political authorities and public corporate body and it is constituted by some Italian factories which intend to promote and to develop his own activities toward China.

The industrial and commercial promotion is realized through specific programs that are deliberated by the firms associated on the base of the potentialities that they are reported to every sector. On indication of the assembly of the associated, it has been made the Project China.

The Consortium is proposed of to develop some actions that have as objective the creation of relationships of technical-industrial character, organizing entrepreneurial missions is of Italian entrepreneurs in China, is of Chinese delegations toward Italy.

The realization of projects of industrial cooperation as the joint-venture and / or other forms of investment, are one of the priority purposes of the Consortium and they are assisted from an inside staff either for the specific techniques (contractual productive logistics, business plan, tax planning), either to get the specific financial contributions.

Other purpose of the consortium it is the promotion of the import-export between the two countries.
