2. Large, monolithic chip with uniform emitting area of 5 sq mm
3. Extremely high efficiency: Over 100 lumens per watt at 350mA/sq mm
4. Better uniform beam and Easier Optical design due to a single chip instead of multiple-chip array
We have also another SST-90 offered over 2, 000 lumens from a single chip, color series, color mix series and projection display LEDs.
Luminus's customers include Delta, Edge Lighting, Affineon Lighting.
