Benxi Xingsheng Casting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BXCC), located in Benxi City, in North China's Liaoning Province, our production capacity is 150, 000t per year. Among 120, 000T ductile iron, and excellent big iron and main large cast iron 200, 000t. BXCC has now developed into a well-capitalized and technical-advanced giant in cast iron industry in China. With registered capital of 80 million RMB and covering a total area about 88, 958m2 (including 20, 956m2 used for construction), we have nearly 500 stuff members and workers, including over 100 professional engineers and technicians. Our main technological equipments include 2 sets of 6 ton electric furnace and 1 set 3 ton electric furnace. Apart form that, there are sand mullers of 20t, 30t and 40 t and shakeout machines of 20t, 25 t as well as a 20t/h semi-automatic resin sand production line, one set of 20m3 compressed air transport system. Our technology adopts that excellent liquid iron enter to I-F furnace directly to heating up, modulate, feeder wire process and nodularization. Resin sand molding use to casting under 30t nodular and grey iron cast. Because the process reduces to smelt big iron, so it can ensure liquid iron quality, and we can get the advantage of price.

Our products range from many kinds of casting mechanical parts to special equipments used in wind turbine generator (WTG) such as casting iron WTG hub, main support, gear box house and tower as well as in automobile industries such as diesel engine boxes, crankshaft and settings. Meanwhile, we offer mid and large cast service (grey iron and ductile iron) according to customers' drawing desire.

We use low sulphur and low phosphorous coke bought from North China's Heilongjiang Province as fuel in order to ensure the good quality of our iron. Our company now boasts a production capability of over 150, 000 metric tons.
