Yangzhou Sanye Radiator Co., Ltd, a private-owned and national high-tech enterprise, is a member of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) and Deputy Chairman of Automobile-Radiator Committee of CAAM and a member of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association(CICEIA) and Deputy Chairman of Heat Exchanger Branch of CICEIA.
In 2008, the company received the Achievement award of 100th anniversary establishment of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry and was awarded Leading enterprises in China Automobile Parts Radiator industry in 2009 and Leading enterprises in China Internal Combustion Engine Components in 2010.
With major equipments imported from Germany and annual production capacity over 2 million units, the company can produce more than 1500 types of single and modular heat exchangers with materials made of copper, aluminum, stainless steel by using coolers like water, oil radiator, intercooler, condenser etc. The products are exported to USA, EU, Australia and Middle-East etc. Winning a lot of famous customers such as SANY, ZOOMLION, LIUGONG, LINGONG, XIAGONG, XCMG, CHENGGONG, WEICHAI, DEUTZ(DALIAN), SDEC, JAC, KING LONG, FOTON, YAXING from home and CAT, CUMMINS, Volvo, KOHLER, DOOSAN from abroad.
The Heat Exchanger Research Institute owned by the company has developed by itself the Radiator Analysis and Emulation Design Software and in-site measurement device for radiator overall unit. By using PRO-E as design software, NPI as new product introducing and CPPD as synchronous product design, the company can undertake parameter design and concept design for the cooling system attached to the internal combustion engine. Established with advanced and complete testing center for heat exchanger compound performance, the company can implement a full experiment such as heat transferring, enduring, pulsing, heat shocking, vibrating, cleanliness and resistance to corrosion etc.
