HENKA offers complete in-house engineering services including filter design, prototyping, manufacturing and filter testing for projects of all sizes and complexities (concept-to-reality). Our experienced R&D team (10 engineers totally including 2 senior engineers) is proficient in the software including CAD (Solid Works / PRO E), Solid Modeling, Rapid Prototyping and other tools. We solve filtration and other related problems by designing and profitably manufacturing custom filters for a broad range of niche markets. Quick responses to our customers are usually made so that they can catch their respective market with our innovative solutions. HENKA started its own band "TAMER" since the year of 2010, it developed its own R&D team for air purify machine quickly depending on the twelve experiences of filter R&D and manufacturing. "TAMER" air purifier in having quite an effect for its ultrahigh energy efficiency (14.4m³ /h. W) and ultra-low energy consumption. "TAMER" can calibrate purifying air of each purifier precisely with its own CARD testing room set up strictly according to the US standard ANSI/(AHAMAC-1-2006).
