In August 2009, the company readjusted its capital structure and turned into a company limited by shares. The company is leading in technology in China and specializes in producing highly processed products such as a complete range of high-purity dissipated metal and new energy materials. It mainly engages in separation, refining, highly processing, regenerating and recycling of dissipated metal and alloy materials such as germanium, indium and gallium and also engages in research and development of new energy materials.
