We have complete production technology and process for making PU wheels, from chemical formula to mold design, casting, cutting, and printing. The best PU wheel experts have helped us develop excellent formula for low, medium and high elastic (including SHR: Super High Rebound) wheels. The wheels are lab and field tested with international standard to meet customer needs. Our daily production capacity is over 100, 000 PCS of wheels in various sizes, colors, and specifications. We have produced PU wheels, OEM skateboards and other finished products for world's name brands such as Decathlon Groupe and DOREL.

From 130 tons to 320 tons, our injection molding machines can handle most plastic products. To keep high quality and efficiency, we have our own engineers and equipments (including CNC machines) to design and make high precision molds for your products. We have also invested heavily in assembly lines (including expensive SMT machines) for making electronic products.
