Gongyi City Liangda Tubes Co., Ltd. Was established in 1985. Our predecessor is Gongyi Changfen Village Mechanical Factory. In 2007, our company was transformed into a limited liability company (Gongyi City Liangda Tubes Co., Ltd.; GYLDT for short). Since foundation, our company is specialized in the production of rubber expansion joints (flexible rubber joints), rubber check valves (duckbill valves), steel expansion joints, flexible butterfly valves and flanges.

We apply ourselves to the design and production of valves and pipes fittings. We have the capacity of advanced design, development and supply. We can design products as per the request of customers. As a result, we have received favorable comments from our partners for many years.

Our company owns 3 large high temperature vulcanization cans, 7 small high temperature vulcanization cans, 2 stereotype cabinets, 1 large steam curing machine (2 tons), 1 small steam curing machine (0.5 tons), 2 lathes, 2 drill presses, 1 planer, 1 milling machine, and 5 various welders. In order to guarantee the quality, our company gets a set of rubber joint pressure testing machine, which can test DN50-2400 rubber joints, and a set of flexible connector pressure testing machine, which can test all DN50-2400 joints. In addition, our company has specially designed the testing machine of duckbill valves with a leading position in China.

We began to make and design rubber expansion joints in 1986. In 2003 we produced the duckbill valves in the country. The duckbill valves have passed the quality inspection (issued by JJ2007018 Gongyi Technical Supervision Bureau). Therefore, we have maintained the leading position in the fields of rubber check valves (duckbill valves) and rubber expansion joints at home. In 2007, we firstly produced curved duckbill valves (180 degrees turn) in China, filling in the domestic blank.
