Application
1. Automatic punching and inserting of liner into cap, liner disc could be with pull-tab but non-folded back.
Specification
1. Applicable liner material: Paper or pulp board liner, 1— PC or 2— PC aluminum foil liner, and foam liner (need particular feeding system).
2. Liner thickness: 0.2— 1 mm
3. Single punch & insertion model — Od 18-100mm, height 10-25mm
Double punch & insertion model — Od 18-40mm, height 10-25mm
Single punch & insertion model — 100-120 cpm
Double punch & insertion model — 200-240 cpm
Features
1. Automatic cap elevating and sorting, rejecting reversed caps
2. PLC control, panel operation
3. When lining material runs-out/splice detection, and machine automatically stops.
4. When caps run-out, machine automatically stops.
5. Defective liner rejecter, double-lining rejecter, missing liner rejecter.
