Yantai ChiLung Construction & Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment amount of 5 million Yuan, specializes in the research, innovation, manufacturing, and sales of foam concrete equipment and materials. The company, with factory buildings taking up an area of over 4800 square meters, more than 50 staff, 9 of whom have intermediate or above level titles, possessing a lot of innovative technologies and dozens of national patents as well as experienced professional engineers and project managers, is the only domestic specialized manufacturer of foam concrete equipment for military use and also one of the editor units of the Technical Regulations of Ground Radiation Heating and Foam Concrete Insulation of Beijing and Liaoning Province.

The company is proficient in insulation structure construction. Based on that, we have developed "ChiLong" series of foam concrete equipments, including FP series foaming machine for scattered home floor heating system, X series foaming and mixing all-in-one machine, Z and J series foaming and pumping machine suitable for multi-floor heating and roof insulation as well as FP-JS 60 model military vehicle machine, FP-Q20 model for wall brick casting. As a result, the full automatic operation of the equipments can be achieved by using advanced control system and the aggregative indicator has reached advanced level at home and aboard. At present, our foam concrete product is the only one that can achieve the pouring depth over 2 meters without separation and sediment but all bubbles well-located in China.

Commissioned by the China Building Materials Academy, our company has undertaken the research subject ("Mobile Foam Concrete Pumping Station") of National Key Technology R&D Program, which aims at the production and processing of the rural building and economic roof insulation foam concrete, contributing to achieve goal of building energy conservation advocated by the state.

Besides, we have adopted new technology to invent foam concrete materials of excellent performance: Vegetable protein-based and animal protein-based vesicant, which can produce uniform, stable, strong foam with fine thermal insulation effect, being highly evaluated by customers in construction sites.

As for the manufacture craft, ChiLong has developed from traditional flat roof construction to bevel roof cast-in-site construction, wall cast-in-site, wall spray, wall plastering construction, etc. Meanwhile, the technical problem that adding light aggregate to foam concrete has been solved and the application field of foam concrete have been expanded.
