Dongyangguang Company (HEC Group), the former Zhejiang Hengdian Electronical Group, founded in 1992, is a privately owned holding company. The company headquarter is registered in Shenzhen, with centralized administration, sales, R&D and finance departments in Changan, Dongguan. The company has set up five production bases in Dongguang, Shaoguan, Yidu, Zunyi (yet to be completed) and Jiangjin (yet to be completed), respectively. At present, the company has developed a line of products(five) ranging from electronical material and parts, packaging material, machinery, pharmaceuticals. The manufacturing bases for formed foil, the big size capacitors (over 16), hydrophilic foil have the largest capacity in China.

DONGGUAN CITY DONGYANGGUANG CAPACITOR CO., LTD was established in November, with production bases in Changan, Dongguan City and Ruyuan, Shaoguan City. It's a professional manufacturer for high, medium and low voltage Al electrolytic capacitors, which have been used in TV, displays, frequency conversion air-conditioner, switch device, UPS, computer, speaker, communication device, camera and other industrial machine.

1992-1994 A complete set of aluminum electrolytic capacitor technology was introduced into our company from XI'AN JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY, at when we mainly manufactured capacitors for big size screw terminal and the motor starting machine.

1994-1997 Technology from some domestic famous capacitor manufacturers at that time was introduced into our factory and the products we manufactured were expanded to the switch power supply, speakers, photo flash of camera, etc.
1997-2004 Research and develop independently on the basis of digesting and assimilating the technology we have mastered. Meanwhile, our production field became involving color TVs, displays, frequency conversion power, etc. We have succeeded in developing these major customers as well: Fijian AOC, Shanghai KODAK, FUNAI ELECTRIC (H. K. )LTD, Daewoo, etc.

Our developing plans in the future: we will enlarge the cooperation field with some famous foreign companies, including Holland BC, etc. At the same time, we will introduce into technical staff continuously, devote more efforts to R&D, improve the quality of the products constantly.
