Serve China Technology Service (Beijing) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Serve China) is the first professional technical service company providing the third party projector services in China. We supply the most effective and feasible methods to solve the projector issues, such as lower brand concentration, insignificant product differentiation and difficult sale service & maintenance in China.

Serve China established our own service platforms in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenyang, Xi'an, Chengdu, Jinan and Wuhan and has equipped with the localized software and hardware support systems of technical engineers, spare parts stores and so on. We endeavor to enable our projector services to comprehensively satisfy the diverse service requirements of manufacturers and end users in 2012, create the new service model in Chinese projector industry, and make it as the leading company in domestic third party projector service.

There are more than 5 years of projector technical service history. Established in 2006, our company has built a replacement projector lamp and projector lens manufactory. Furthermore, one of our technical teams is engaged in the sphere display project field.

In 2007, Serve China drafted together with projector experts from Large Screen Association, which laid the foundation for improving Chinese projector after-sales services and service specifications.

In 2008, we invested in bringing in ERP system to establish four major databases referred to projector lamp, projector accessory, projector maintenance and projector lamp usage in order to create a comprehensive and resourceful information backup system to provide quick, effective, accurate and overall information backup for customers.

In addition, because standard projectors in market cannot meet increasing high-end projectors display requirements and the excessive price of original products, Serve China President and Chinese top-level optical experts successively designed and produced eighteen types of ultrashort-focus, ultralong-focus, fisheye round lenses in the three major series of SC, XM and FD over three years endeavor, which effectively satisfy the demands of domestic projector engineering companies, system integrators and other large screen display system customers. In 2010, we successively launched the automatic & adjusted soft-fusion, multipoint interaction display system, integrated electronic leafing system with self-adjustment function and other updated market application display products, which have won high recognition and good reception from projector system customers in China, and have been exported to the Far East, Southeast Asia, European and American countries.
