Yellow River in Inner Mongolia Chromium Co., Ltd (YRCR) is one of main Chromic Salt manufacturers in China, established as a state-owned enterprise in 1966, in 2000 YRCR converted state-owned corporation into private joint-stock status, that approved by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Authority. In 2005 YRCR was entirely bought out by Zhong Qi Yong Xin Mining Development Co., Ltd, to be a private enterprise.

Company Location: YRCR is located in Dengkou County of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, factory's area is 500, 000 square meter, and possesses own railway line, which links the Jing-LAN train line (Beijing to Lanzhou), close to Danla Expressway and State Road 110, convenient transportation, correspondence, perfect infrastructure, and advantageous environment in investment-development.

Total Assets and Industrial Structure: Company's total assets 320 million RMB, the company has four mainstay industries, mining, chromium salts chemical industry, electricity production, tombarthite alloy processing, and packing section. In 2006, relying on the unique mineral superiority, with investment of 297 million RMB to construct 'Chromium Salt Chemical Industry Reuse Economic-Technology Renovation Project', now we have constructed the production lines of sodium dichromate, chromium trioxide, chromium oxide green, basic chromium sulfate and menadione, annual productivity of chromium salt products is 30, 000 tons level.

Mining Resource Superiority: YRCR occupies rich resources of chromate ore and graphite ore, the chromite in Soren Hill of Wu Zhong Qi of Inner Mongolia, its ore reserve: Over 20% grade chrome ore is 500, 000 tons, 16, 7 million tons with the ore grade of 10%~20%, the ore reserve of graphite ore located Wubulangkou of Wu Zhong Qi is 2, 5 million tons with 75% ore grade.

The Advantage of Industrial Technology: The modern cleaning production flow line of chromium salt and Research & Development centre of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-level are built by YRCR, which has many independent intellectual property rights. A national-first-initiate new process invented by our company and is applied into Sodium Dichromate production process, named Sodium Dichromate Non Calcium Enrichment Oxygen Oft-repeated Roasting Method, which thoroughly eliminates the global problem of Chromium Slag Pollution.
