1. History

Chongqing Ming Yang Police-use Security Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd was founded in 1986 and It had been called Nan' an Police-use Security Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd at the beginning.
It is one of earliest company to make police light bars and sirens in China.

In 1992 it was joined in the system of Chongqing Chang An Automobile suppliers chains.
It is renamed as Chongqing Ming Yang Police-use Security Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd in 2001.
After more than 20 years' development, the product lines have been expanded and also produce car electrical parts, interior trim parts, stamping parts and so on.
After several times relocation, now Ming yang was moved to Chongqing Nanan district Chayuan industrial town, which is the Chongqing national level industrial town, convenient transportation and supporting centralized. The total factory is 13333 square meters.

2. Product Structures and Markets

The product is mainly divided into two parts police products and auto parts.
For the police product, Ming Yang has developed business relationship with all government departments, like public security departments, traffic supervision departments, rescue departments, and environment supervision departments, etc.
For the auto parts, Ming Yang also has long-term OEM cooperation with many automobile manufacturers and motorcycle companies, such as Chang An auto (Chongqing Chang An, Heibei Chang An, Nanjing Chang An), Chang An Ford, Hafei Motor Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Yu An, Chongqing Yuan, Changan Suzuki, Chery, Mianyang Huaxin etc and other mini-cars, light vehicles and car manufacturers.

3. Production capacity

Ming Yang has injection molding machines, presses, hydraulic presses, lathes, milling machines, grindings, drillings, ultrasonic welding machines, hot plate welding, friction welding, wave soldering, plastic robots, and other modern production equipments.
It has six work shops and more than 250 workers.
Ming Yang can produce 100 thousand sets of light bars and sirens and 2 million warning triangles, 10 million plastic parts, 1million stamping parts, 1 million high-mounted brake lights and 1 million auto cigarette lighters per year.
4. Technical Support

Ming Yang insists on innovation and has established high efficiency and high quality Product Development Center through many years' endeavor. Product Development Center is involved in product industrial design, mechanical manufacturing of plastic materials, electronics, electro-acoustics, optics, process design etc such diverse areas and it has many different kinds of special technical employees and their main work is to develop the new product, research the product trends, offer technical support for the product lines, offer technical support for after-sales service, and develop and upgrade the production and experimental facilities.

Ming Yang has established ERP system and it reduces the cost and improves the performance.

5. Quality System

Ming Yang regards product quality as life. To ensure every process, every part and every piece of the product is fine work; We take the quality policy as the purpose, quality objectives as the direction, and PDCA management as the method.
It is the appointed enterprise of Chinese police-used Equipments. Ming Yang is granted as high-tech enterprise of local government. Ming Yang has the export and import rights and it has developed good business cooperation with many countries. From 2001 to 2006, we have passed authentication in quality management system QS9000 for automobile industry.
Before that, our Company passed authentication ISO9001, the year of 2000 edition and in 2006, Ming Yang has passed the authentication ISO14001 concerning circumstance management system, and ISOTS 16949 automobile industry management authentication and EC mark.
