Mainly be engaged in plastic injection moulds of household, commodity mould, car interior part, instrument panel, door, bumper, other parts of automobile and motorbike, whole set of aircondition, refrigeratory, dynamoelectric bicycle mould etc, also being engaged in making PPR and PVC pipe fitting mould. There are totally 150 employees including 35 technicians from university and technical school and 40 expert technicians with more than 10 years mould-making experience. Meanwhile, we have 4 sets Taiwan machining centers, 2 sets CNC milling machines, 8 sets CNC wire EDM machines, 6 sets electric pulse machines, 1 sets Hongkong assembling machine etc. And 8 sets CAD/CAM work station, three-coordinates measuring machine, injection machines with the type of 400g, 1500g, 3800g and12000g, so that we have ability to design and produce plastic products for customers. With the advanced equipment and rich experience, we are able to develop and make precise mould with large size, complexity, deep cavity, thin wall etc. Especially in making bumper mould, door mould, and other automobile parts mould.
