We are focusing on solving the problem of the residential environment pollution which is mainly caused by formaldehyde or benzene emission from wood products. At present, a series of PS biomass based wood adhesives with IPRs independence and the original PS plywood (with log properties) series have been developed successfully.

PS wood adhesives are modified natural organic macromolecules which are extracted from biomass. Our products contain no toxic chemicals, such as formaldehyde, benzene and xylene etc. The biodegradation rate of the PS plywood is close to 100%. Even under the burning state, the components in smoke could be controlled at the relatively safety range.

The plywood which is made form PS wood adhesive are fully satisfy all the index requirments in USA California Air Resources Board CARB attestation, European Union E0 and Japan F**** level. The wet bonding strength is more than 0.7 Mpa. And keep the natural of the wood, We does not change the layout of existing equipment and increasing production cost, equipment, user-friendly in the course of the implementation process.
