Our company imported a dual manipulator forging line from Austria, which is controlled by computer and has the characteristics of preciseness (1mm to 3mm), high speeding (140 per minute), energy saving, and cost saving. The wide range of size of our precision forged products can reach a length of 14 meters and the diameter from 150mm to 800mm.

Our company was equipped with 2, 000 tons quick forging machine; 30 tons two-operation machine; 1600 tons Precision straightening machine; Table heating furnace which is 9 meters long, 4.8 meters wide, the capacity up to 150 tons; Annealing furnace with 14 meters long; Cover annealing with 18 meters long for the usage of annealing and tempering; 12-20 meter long horizontal lathe with the swing diameter1250 and aslo we imported a 12T Vacuum Arc remelting Furnace from Germany.
