Introduction:
CP150 Gravure ink proofer can print gravure inks quickly under the experiment condition,and the method is closed to the actual printing. The gravure ink proofer is used to laboratory production,ink printability test and ink product research.It adopts flat intaglio printing work directly for quick proofing in a varity of flexible substrates(such as plastic film,paper,etc.).It is so easy to operate.The machine is supplied with a special version of the gravure proofing.

THE OPERATION SUMMARY:
The proofer should be put on the solid flat place.
Install Gravure Proofing Edition: put the edge which is printed with specification on the distal, put the edge without word to fasten the proofing edition mouth , compression screw.
Loosen the clamping lever, lift proofing moving frame. Attach the squeegee to the proofing moving frame, after fastening screws about positioning pins. The beater backward is about 45 degrees, suitable compression screw fastening beater.
Push back the proofing moving frame in the end .Adjust the scraper adjuster and roller adjuster , make sure the squeegee and roller could not touch the proofing edition mount.
Lower the proofing moving frame,lock the clamping lever,turn down adjuster(before adjustment loosen the lock ring at the bottom,adjust and then lock),so between close rubber roller and proofing edition has close suitable pressure(pressing proof can not be easily withdraw).Generally will increase by about 1 to 2 turns screw micrometer scale at the beginning of the rubber roller and pareller proofing edition after a clockwise touch,after India test case,as the leveling to do the approprite adjustments.

Loosen tight grip level,confirm proofing moving frame has back foot,Proofing/Manual/Reset Knob in the manual position(center position).Power,turn on the power switch.First select 1 at the speed (20m/min),the Sampling/Manual/Reset switch to the proof file,confirm proofing moving frame slides smoothly.Select the appropriate sampling rate(usually the beginning choose 3 position(40m/min).such as the flow level after the test print is not satisfactory appropriate to reduce the sampling rate can be reset.
Proofing operation: The flexible substrate proofs suitable width and length(plastic film.cardboard,recommended 120*240mm size) with a transparent adhesive tape to glue roll (pasted along the direction of the incoming end of the can). Paste the terminal to the appropriate starting position (roughly in the vicinity of the beater), lock the clamping lever, the amount of ink placed on the blade near proofing Edition (concave-like at the beginning, close to the concave-like width not exceeding appropriate).
