Product Description
The L.A.B.data of color strips which is our ink proofer produced can control between 0.2 and 0.7.
The CP225-B INK PROOFER is designed to test the special color before printed in printing machine. The color matching work is completely changed into a work before printing, thus it can greatly reduced the production time of printing machine and reduce the consumption of papers, ink, rag, car washing water, human labor power and electricity consumption. What's more, it can improve the stability of the spot color.
Technical Specification of CP225-B offset ink proofer:
1.The Input voltage is 220V .
2.Frequency is 50Hz. Equipment power is 250W.
3.Net weight is about 75KG.
4.The time of inking is 1 to 50 seconds. The pressure of printing is 0 to 2mm.
5.The speed of printing on the equipment control panel is 10, 15 or 20 RPM, there are three speed model can directly to change speed, also you can set other speed model by yourself.
6.The speed of inking on the equipment control panel is 500,650 or 800rpm.Speed can be set as high speed, medium speed and low speed.

2.Luster,hue and color concentration may be checked to ensure a high-quality of printing.
3.Print simple color stripe for the customer to approve or achieve before printing.
4.When the special color ink color stripe used by the proofer dries, the color of the special after drying can be found.(For example: the phenomenon that purple color and deep blue color will turn to red after drying can be eliminated before printing.)
5.Used along with the ink injector, the used quantity of the special color ink can be anticipated, thus greatly reduce the remnant ink wastage and store accumulation.
