Jintong was established in 1998 with 13, 000 square meters of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. From the manual forging machines for forged flanges, to special automatic molding facilities, electrical solution furnace with strong power, intellectualized temperature controller that can record temperature and time automatically, advanced facilities for shot blast, acid leaning and passivation, as well as Direct reading photo electrical spectrometer is introduced in to make chemical analysis, omnipotent mechanics tester is for testing of tensile strength, yield strength, elongation rate, reduction of cross sectional area; impact tester is for super low temperature impact testing; X-ray, ultrasonic and liquid penetrate are for non-destructive inspection tests; sclerometer is for rigidity test, and thickness tester is for testing of thickness of walls totaling 100 sets, specialized equipment is what makes the difference at Jintong.
