CEM (Changzhou) Special Equipment Co. Ltd (Hereafter referred to as CCSE) is a company wholly owned by CEM International Pty Ltd with the total investment value of US$ 7.7 million and established in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province of China in December 2003.

As a multinational company with more than fifty years history and advanced technological strength, CEM international has its headquarters in Melbourne, Australia and other subsidiaries around the world. CEM is specialized in a wide range of activities including R&D, design, production, sale and laboratory tests for products including vacuum filters, agitators, pressure vessels, cryogenic storage, heat exchangers, mixers, and other chemical & machinery equipment. Products produced are widely used in petroleum, chemical, air separation, mining, metallurgy, food, power, pharmaceutical, winery and feeding industries etc.

With the support from CEM International in R&D, design, manufacture and management, CCSE is able to manufacture world-class products at competitive prices and of international standard to the domestic market as well as providing prompt after-sale services.

CCSE takes up an area of 32400m2, with the plant area amounting to 17000m2 and heavy workshop over 12000m2. The separate stainless steel workshop has an area of 3700m2 and the maximum lifting load of 60 tons. CCSE is ISO9001 certified and has been granted Manufacture and Design Permit of Pressure Vessel (Type A2), Manufacture Permit of Pressure Pipe Components, ASME Certificate, Manufacture Permit of Lifting Appliances and also been honored as Jiangsu High-tech Company with more than 10 inventions and new practical patents approved by the state.

All R&D, design and drafting is carried out at Melbourne head office, and the manufacturing is instructed and supervised by Australian engineers on site, ensuring that product quality remains in line with the Australian standards.
