CEEPOWER Co., Ltd., (CEEPOWER) was founded in 1999 in Fuzhou Fujian. This "National High-Tech Enterprise" started its business in manufacture, R&D of pre-molded cable connector, now has extended its product coverage to primary and secondary equipment for power grid. In 2006, CEEPOWER was the first to launch C-GIS ring main unit in the nation and has become one of original manufacturers to develop such product.

CEEPOWER was successfully listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM (stock code: 300062) on March 19, 2010. The registered capital was RMB 308 million, total asset RMB 2.2 billion and net asset RMB 812 million by the end of 2018. The sales volume amounted to RMB 996 million in 2018.

CEEPOWER has provided primary and secondary equipment for power distribution system and has extended its coverage to power grid, railway and urban rail transit system, photovoltaic industry and new energy, new energy vehicle charging, overseas market, etc. Its services include electric equipment manufacture, total package of EPC project for power system, contribution and operation of BOT and PPP projects, etc. Main products include pre-molded cable connector, cable branch box, indoor or outdoor ring main unit, high and low voltage switchgear kit, box-type substation, power quality management device, primary equipment and secondary equipment for power transmission and distribution system like FTU, DTU, etc; New green energy products are made up of station-used power, charging equipment for electric vehicle, equipment for photovoltaic power generation system, etc. Among them, the market shares of pre-molded cable accessory, C-GIS ring main unit, switching station and their spare parts have ranked the top in China.
