Hunan Jinwang Bismuth Industrial Co., Ltd. (also known as Jinwang) was established in April 2001, formerly known as Hunan Jinwang Enterprise Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the corporation is 120 million Chinese Yuan (around $20 million USD), and it owns two wholly owned subsidiaries and two joint stock companies. The main business of Jinwang are bismuth metal smelting and deep processing. Jinwang now integrates scientific research, industrial production, and marketing and trade, and it owns import and export self-management rights in non-ferrous metal, chemical industry, new superconducting material and other fields. Jinwang is National High-Tech Enterprise and Top 100 Private Enterprise in Hunan Province, and it belongs to Hunan Key Reserve Listed Enterprises for IPO and Little Giant plan.
Long time since, Jinwang focuses on investment in science and technology and innovation. Furthermore, the corporation has equity participation in Hunan Bismuth Industry Co., Ltd. And Beijing Superconductor Technology Co., Ltd., in order to grasp the global high-end core technology based on bismuth industry. Jinwang innovated independently of bismuth deep processing and bismuth-containing materials wet pretreatment production line to fill the gaps in the field of large-scale deep processing of nonferrous metals in Hunan Province, promoted bismuth fine processing industry and effectively undertook industrial transfer of bismuth processing trade.
