About us
Jinzhou Kangtai Lubricant Additives Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1998. The company is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of Petro China, Sinopec and certain number of international lubricating oil companies. With years' growth, Kangtai has developed 1 R&D center, 3 manufacturing bases, which are capable of producing different additive components, additive packages and intermediate products. In many years, Kangtai is doing the best to offer qualified products and lubricating solutions to our clients.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The old production capacity (sulfonates, ashless dispersants, ZDDP, EP /anti-wear additives and additive packages) is 30, 000 tons annually.
A complete brand new plant of lubricant additives was already put into full operation in the west sea factory site in 2016. The annual capacity will be more than 100, 000 tons, include 10, 000 tons sulfonic acid, 30, 000 tons sulfonates, 10, 000 tons Phenates, 10, 000 tons ZDDP, 30, 000 tons ashless dispersants and 30, 000 tons additive package.
Currently, the sulfonation equipments of alkylbenzene already put into production and ZDDP facilities and the alkylation facilities are going to trial production.
R&D AND Q&C
JZKT always focus on research and producing of components and additive packages. There are 13 series and nearly hundred varieties of lubricant additives. Kangtai's R&D center consists of R&D department, Q&C department and technical support department. The technological innovation leaders of the R&D center are all senior experts and scholars in additive industry. All of the experts have rich practical experience and solid theoretical basis.
The laboratory is equipped with sufficient various equipments for the physical&chemistry analysis, element content analysis and simulation tests of product performance.
We would continue to perfect the laboratory functions and introduce advanced equipments and apparatus for the products inspection, formulation design and raw material selection.
