Shanghai CAIFENG BIOTECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd is located at Fengcheng Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai, China. The town located in a suburb in the south of Shanghai city occupies a total area of 109.91 square kilometers, and has flat terrain, rich land resources, crisscrossing rivers and a complete water network. Shanghai Caifeng was founded in 1999 by Yunnan Kaiyuan Yin-Tong Trade Limited(Yin-Tong) in Shanghai's feed distribution center in SongJiang District, Shanghai. With abundant phosphate rock in Yunnan Province as available resources and the two patented advanced technologies, Shanghai Caifeng developed the new technologies of synthesizing Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP) and Monocalcium Phosphate(MCP) for fodder additives. Shanghai Caifeng is also the only one enterprise in production and sales of fees grade calcium phosphate products in Shanghai. In 2001 Shanghai Caifeng receives The People's Republic of China's import and export enterprises qualification certificate.

Shanghai Caifeng's animal feed products with a registered brand "Caifeng" have been popular not only in China but also exported all over the world, including the United States and Europe. In the past three years, Shanghai Caifeng's annual sales have increased by more than 10% with foreign exchange earnings from export reaching over ten million US dollars. Since Shanghai Caifeng's products have entered the markets, they have been highly praised by the feed industry and consumers due to the advantages, including production by new technologies, low cost, superior and consistent quality. However, due to the popularity Shanghai Caifeng could barely meet the great demands over the years.

Product Quality System

Shanghai Caifeng is an ISO 9001: 2000 Certified company for the production of feed grade MCP and DCP(with a certificate number CN05/01125) by SGS.

Caifeng products have been sampled and analyzed by Technical Supervision Bureau of the China Ministry of Agricultural Feed and Testing Center with all results achieving national standards. Among these standards, the most important indicator is the water-soluble phosphorus, which in Caifeng products is far better than that of other similar products of other domestic enterprises and even surpasses standards of both United States and Japan.

In October 2000 Caifeng's synthetic technologies for producing Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP) and Monocalcium Phosphate(MCP) were classified by Shanghai city as " Achievements of the Shanghai High-tech Commercialization Projects". This allows Shanghai Caifeng to enjoy privileges in 18 different policies as the fruits of high-tech commercialization promoted by Shanghai City. In 2004 the Shanghai City Institute of Technology Intelligence has assessed and recognized that the Shanghai High-tech Commercialization Projects have attained both China standards and the United States requirements with measured indicators having reached international advanced levels.
