Guizhou Hantai Winery is located in the core production area of Jiangxiang-style Baijiu in Moutai Town, Guizhou Province. Established in 1979, it was one of the first private enterprises to obtain a handwritten business license in 1985, boasting over 40 years of production history. The winery comprises two production bases, with a total area of over 270, 000 square meters between the old and new facilities. It produces more than 6, 000 metric tons of Daqu Jiangxiang Baijiu annually and has a base liquor storage capacity of 20, 000 metric tons. In 2024, it was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Famous and Excellent Wineries of Zunyi" by the Zunyi Municipal Government
