The Rep office has been up and running in Shanghai since April 2008 with the task to take control of the value chain from sourcing to logistics as well as the implementation of the Axfood Social Responsibility Program. The opening of the Shanghai rep office is a logical step in this process securing the value chain by coming closer to the suppliers in China.
