Forging Department
Now we possess eight hot forging production lines for ferrous metal or nonferrous metal, We own kinds of punch machine, 630T, 1000T, 1600Tand 2500T Friction press hot forging production line. And 2000T and 2500T hot die forging production line. All our hot forging process are equipped with Induction billet heaters and infrared pyrometers for accurate temperature control. Our suitable weight for hot forging parts is from 0.1 to 62Kg. We can produce 18000 Ton forging parts per year.

Machining Department
We own over 190 sets of machining equipment, such as machining centers, high precise CNC lathes, milling machine, wire cutting machines and electric pulses, and we also own 25 sets of precise grinding machine. We have four assembly line for the magnetic clutch and air condition compressor.

Heat Treatment Department
We own 18 sets of heat treatment devices, such as Speria BBH vacuum carburizing quenching furnaces and more than 20 sets of various advanced testing equipment. We have professional ability in the surface carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching, tempering, induction quenching and solution ageing treatment.
