The main factory plant has a size of 160, 000 square meters, including workshops of 68000 square meters.

The factory takes care of different parts of products, from the main body, the parts including handles & glassware, to the accessories. Taking advantage of the specialty of each plant, the parts are supplied in an efficient manner. Over 95% of the product components are made in Master's fully owned and operated workshops. Thus, customers enjoy the greatest flexibility of what and how of the every single part of the goods they buy.

Master invests on product development: R&D department settled since 1998. Its own tooling workshop is well facilitated for OEM items. There are over 70 experienced engineers and technicians.

Master dedicates to production quality. An On-line quality control team of over 110 staff stations in middle and end of production lines, assuring both parts and finished products are meeting production standards.

To cope with customer's need of quality assurance, Master's in-house testing lab carries out different tests, such as LGA, BS EN 12983-1: 2000, etc, for a better understanding of any potential improvement of goods, as well as ensuring our products are meeting international standards.

Master has accredited for ISO9001: 2000 for its Quality Management System since March, 2003.
