The MINI2240 is an ARM-9 based, small form factor, OEMable module populated with the S3C2440A. Rich peripherals such as USB, Ethernet, and integrated LCD controller make this module the ideal candidate for embedded applications requiring high performance and low power consumption. The on-board MMU supports major operating systems, including Linux and Windows Embedded CE. Other chip-level features include 3 UARTs, SPI, I2C, a real-time clock with a separate power domain, and NAND Flash and DDR memory controllers. These features make the devices particularly suitable for automotive and industrial control applications as well as medical systems.
