It's also equipped with Double-layers Feather Washing Machine-2pcs, Feather Sorting Machine-17pcs, other modern Feather Processing Machines, Sewing Machines -1000pcs, Needle Detector (made in Japan)-12pcs, Down Filling Machine -20pcs, Computerized Single-needle Quilting Machine-12pcs, Computerized Multi-needle Quilting Machine-3pcs, Auto-carding and Filling Facility-3 sets, also has over 1700 skilled workers. For assuring the raw material in high quality, we purchase feather from Poland, Hungary, French, Siberian, England, besides, set up many feather buying bases in domestic area.

Carrying out strict quality control system and inspection rules, we achieved ISO9001: 2006 Certificate and set up inspection center for making sure the perfection of every product and seeking zero unqualified ratio.

Owing to the outstanding quality of products, we won the good reputation in this field. Now all of our products are exported to oversea market, among which 80% is to Japan and 20% is to U. S. A. & European countries. Furthermore, the market share is going enlarged every year and we successfully achieved 20-30 % increase of annual turnover. Year 2005, our turnover is up to US$63 million.
