It covers a land area of more than 66 thousand square meters with a total investment of 20 million USD and about 600 staff, including senior engineers, professional technical staff and management staff which take up 20% of total employees. Our company enjoys a unique advantage in geographic location. Our company is located in Hangzhou bay new area, which is a national development zone. And near to Hangzhou Bay Bridge the longest bridge spanning the sea in the world with a total length of 36 kilometers. (The bridge connects the two ends of Ci Xi city and Shanghai. Our company are specialized in manufacturing and sell cold-drawn, cold-rolling bearing steel tube. Production was organized strictly according to GB/T standard, relevant international standard and special requirement from customers. The quality of products is reliable and steady with annual output of 60 thousand tons.

In 2005, we got certificate of ISO 9001, the end of this year we will get certificate of ISO 14001, if it is not out of our anticipation, before the end of next year, we can get the certificate of TS16949.

1. We have a raw material warehouse of 5, 000 tones, which are all from Jiangyin Xingcheng Special steel Co., Ltd. Such as grade GCr15, 100Cr6, SUJ2, C&U etc.

3. We have a professional test and inspection center equipped the metallegraphical microscope, oxygen-nitrogen analyzer, infrared carbon current analyzer, direct-read spectral equipment, ultrasonic detector, eddy current detector imported from overseas.

4. Advanced production machince. For high requirement customers, in the second stage workshop, we fetched in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace, continuous electric atomaspher protection sphereroidizing and annealing furnace, maybe we are the first user in China.
