With the production capacity of 25 tons tropical fruit juice concentrate per day, 8000 tons annually, we are applying to the first-class machinery and equipment as well as adopting advanced techniques in terms of processing the products of fruit/vegetable juice concentrate and fruit puree, such as vacuum falling film concentrate, pasteurization and aseptic filling system. Our products are sold well and get a good reputation both in domestic and oversea market, because the products we make are without any preservative and they can furthest preserve the color, fragrance, flavor, and the original fruit nutrition. The High-tech product---- high active chymopapain (More than 2 million units for medical injection ) has filled the domestic blank. We make such product by adopting the most advanced domestic chromatographic analysis, and via ultra filters, the concentration membrane separation, and vacuum freeze-drying withdraws. By the end of Nov. 2005, We have successfully built a product- line with the producing capacity of one ton of the high active chymopapain., which has attained the science and technology progressive second prize in Beihai in 2005. In addition, the natural cinnamon antioxidant is purified by ultra extraction. Of course, the ethyloic starch sodium is processed from cassava via the most advanced biological technology equipment in China.
