1, Light source system

Configuration of excitation light source:

1. uniform strong light source: 1 × 24v\150w tungsten halogen lamp, equipped with special cooling fan, condensing lens and heat-insulating glass;

2. ultraviolet short wave: 254nm:1 × 10W, observe visible fluorescence;

3. UV long wave: 365nm:1 × 10W, observe visible fluorescence;

4. visible side light: 1 × 50W, infrared absorption and reflection can be detected, and the lamp holder can be adjusted at any angle for indentation detection;

6. perspective UV lamp: 2 × 10W, printing ink;

7. perspective white light: 2 × 20W, watermark can be detected;

8. the excitation filter of visible light source adopts band-pass filter with high transmittance and narrow half width, 000nm, 365nm, 450nm, 465nm, 515nm, 530nm, 565nm, 580nm and 900nm;

9. Receiving filter: 000nm, 415nm, 450nm, 565nm, 700nm, 720nm, 740nm, 800nm, 900nm cut-off long wave pass filter.



2, Image receiving system



1. the high sensitivity camera is a 1/3ccd color camera with a resolution of 650 lines and a sensitivity of 0.0001 lux. It has high resolution and sensitivity to near-infrared and visible spectral bands.

2. relative aperture of electric zoom lens is 1.2, aperture, focusing and zoom (1~30 ×) Fully electric adjustment.

3, Image processing software



1. The storage / print function can store all images and data obtained by the document detector during the inspection process, and can cooperate with the printer to print out the required images.

2. The comparison function can perform horizontal and vertical splicing comparison or overlapping comparison on the detected two images; Static images and dynamic images can be compared in real time.

3. Gray value measurement can measure the gray value of any specified point or area in the image. It can also display the gray level change in the form of curve under various detection conditions. This method is especially helpful to identify the small gray difference between different characters in the image formed by the inspected document, which is difficult to be detected by human eyes.

4. Automatic depth of field synthesis, blurred image processing.

5. Motion blur processing, geometric correction of deformed images, and fast image processing.

6. It can be used for reflectance absorbance measurement, image measurement and labeling, seal backbone extraction, curve and linear image shaping, universal cutting comparison, image ghosting and other image processing;

4, Main functions

1. A variety of combinations of excitation light and receiving filter were used to test the fluorescence difference of different inks.

2. The combination of reflective light source and receiving filter is used to test the absorption and reflection difference of different ink to different wavelengths of light.

3. Combination of reflected light source and receiving filter to test the effect of different wave bands of infrared light on different ink penetration

4. Combination of transmission light source and receiving filter to test the effect of different wave bands of infrared light on different ink penetration

5. The side light source irradiates the document in the way of grazing incidence to inspect the scratch and cutting marks of the document

6. The transmission light source irradiates the document upward from the bottom of the document to inspect the traces of cutting and patching of the document.

5, Workstation optional configuration

1. Xtb-6b stereo microscope (equipped with 3million color cameras): 0.7x-4.5x continuous zoom objective system, 10x large field eyepiece. It is used to observe the writing sequence, seal and signature sequence, stroke characteristics and other subtle features;

2. Lenovo desktop computer: 19 inch LCD /2g memory /500g hard disk /512m independent display, which is used to realize computer operation and image acquisition of document detector;

3. A4 color laser printer: used for color and black-and-white printing;

4.a4 flat panel scanner: used for scanning and automatic identification of samples and test materials.
