SANYO Elevator (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was acquired by Symax Lift (Holding) Co., Ltd (SYMAX), a Canadian listed company, and officially renamed as Symax Lift (China) Co., Ltd to become a global limited company specialized in elevator R & D and manufacturing.

As a R&D company with a number of world leading patent technologies, SYMAX presents products involving bionic technology, new materials, new energy and other fields, and makes great contribution to commercial application and popularization of new technologies worldwide.

Based on this merger & acquisition and restructuring, Symax Lift will leverage SYMAX's capital strength, leading innovative technology and rich experience in elevator manufacturing and service of the former SANYO Elevator (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. To further boost in-depth international cooperation, step up the R&D and promotion of safe, energy-saving, environment friendly and highly efficient quality products, establish a complete and sound product lineup and service process, and provide customers with safer and more human-oriented customized elevator products and services.
