WDACS is specialized in research and production of automobile body parts. Established in August, 2000, its main products include power regulator (contain anti-pinch system) and manual regulator, parking brake lever, and small/medium-sized stamping and welding parts. At present we have the assembly capacity of annual 750, 000pcs of power regulators and 500, 000pcs of parking brake levers. Our main customers are automobile manufacturers like DPCA, DongFeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company, DongFeng Commercial Vehicle, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Chongqing Ligfan group, and Anhui Hualing group, etc. Meanwhile, with outstanding product quality and excellent service, the company has won a good reputation in overseas market and keeps expanding its overseas market.

The company is equipped with advanced and highly efficient production equipments and testing equipment with high precision. The operation procedure and data management for assembly line are automatically controlled by IPC or PLC. The whole assembly line adopts anti-error and photoelectric safety devices. And the assembly products are inspected on line. The company also has a group of stamping, welding, TOX and processing machines, which can produce all kinds of small/medium-sized stamping and welding parts. A well equipped lab ceneter which meets international standards has been established in the company, which owns perfect test and inspecting equipments for regulator and parking brake lever assembly performance.

WDACS has passed the ISO/TS16949(2002)Quality System Certification in July, 2004. And the Security Pieces Evaluation of PSA group in Sept., 2004. The company adopts advanced management concept like ERP system, 5S management to optimize enterprise interior resource and realize high efficient production management.
