Founded in 2007.1, Henan Bideli New Energy Technology Co. Ltd., is a professional company specializing in power Li-ion battery research, development and manufacture, which is situated in Huojia Industrial Park, Xinxiang City, Henan Province with a total occupying area of 60, 000 M2, and has a registered capital of 10 million RMB, and total investment has reached 30 million RMB.

Till 2007.5, it has already formed an annual production capacity of 30 million cells which consist of more than 20 specifications, ranging from cylindrical LIB to laminated LIB and LIP.
