The stirring system:JS 500 concrete mixer mixing system is composed of electric motor, pulley, reducer, open gear, canister mixing device, oil supply device and other components. When working, the motor drives the second gear reducer, and the two shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontal mixing shafts in the opposite constant speed through two pairs of open gears.
 Feed system:The feeding system of JS 500 concrete mixer is composed of rolling mechanism, feeding frame, hopper, feeding nozzle and other components. The brake motor ensures that the hopper is reliably parked at any position when running at full load, and the braking torque is adjusted by the large nut in the rear seat of the motor.
Water system: The water supply system of JS 500 concrete mixer is composed of water pump, throttle valve, cleaning and spray device. The throttle valve can adjust the flow of water, and the total amount of water supply is regulated by the time relay.
Discharge system: JS 500 concrete mixer unloading system consists of unloading door, cylinder, or hydraulic cylinder. There are three structures: hydraulic control, pneumatic control, manual control. The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer and realizes motorized unloading through the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder.
Electrical system: The electrical control line of JS 500 concrete mixer is equipped with air switch, fuse and thermal relay, with the functions of short circuit protection and overload protection. All control buttons and air switch handle and indicator light are arranged on the distribution box door with a door lock. The electrical components in the distribution box are installed on a edge board, safe and reliable, and convenient to operate and maintain.
