The main forging equipment are 2 ton electro hydraulic stamping hammer, 3 ton electro hydraulic stamping hammer, 1 ton stamping hammer, 2 ton air forging hammer, 3 ton electro hydraulic hammer, 315 ton pressing machine, 1000 ton friction screw press, 1500 ton oil-hydraulic press and so on. Meanwhile, there are various perfect machining equipment and heat treatment & surface preparation equipment.
Our company mainly produces various forgings for civilian products, such as forged coupler yokes and middle bars used for railway accelerating overloading vehicles, series forged parts used for 200Km &300Km railway cars' bogies, petroleum machinery products (booms, bails), steam turbine lamina, etc.
We have gained the subcontractor's certification of Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd and France Alstom Corporation, Germany Siemens Corporation and Australia EDI Corporation.
