Shanghai Xite Advanced Materials Co., Ltd is the biggest and leading manufacturer in the production of various kinds of high-quality carbon steel in China, especially well-known in Chinese steel grade C50 and 65mn for making measuring tape, measuring-tape spring, etc. Our Shanghai office located in Building 78, No. 4399, Wusi Road, Haiwan Town, Fengxian District and factory located in No. 11 Yingxiang Road, Huanglong Industrial district, Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China, covers an area of approximately 10000 square meters. The group also has a great business scale including several branches such as Zhejiang Chuangye Steel Strips Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Yesheng Advanced Materials Co., Ltd and so on. With a total investment over 500 million RMB, the registered capital over 100 million RMB and the existing staff over 200 people.

Main materials we produced:

All kinds of flat-rolled quality carbon structural steels, especially in grade C50 (ASTM: 1050) and 65mn (ASTM: 1566). Product specifications at range of 0.05~3mm X 6~1250mm (thickness X width). Our materials are widely used in measuring tools, garden tools, hand tools, concrete and masonry tools, etc.

Special Product: The Rare-Earth Alloy Tape Spring

The rare-earth alloy tape spring developed and produced by the company has been made extremely small and thin on the premise of satisfying its advantages, such as the low mass, high elasticity, high tensile strength and toughness. More importantly, as the toughness and strength of the rare-earth alloy material can achieve great balance by formula adjustment, the thickness of the strip can be thinned by 15%-40% on the basis of keeping the technical standard of the existing strip for the tape spring, and then the production cost of downstream industry can be reduced, namely, the considerable economic benefit in saving raw material of housing assembly can be gained.

Output: Over 10000 tons high-quality steel are manufactured monthly including 3000-ton high-carbon steel coil for making measuring tapes and 7000-ton other special steel. Additionally, due to new investment in equipment, monthly output is expected to grow up to 13000 tons before 2021, including 5000-ton high-carbon steel coil for making measuring tape and 8000 tons other special steel.
